BAKED PORK CHOPS
(Dinner For 2 Or 50)
pork chops (as lean as
possible)
pepper
very little salt
fresh garlic, peeled and
sliced*

*Note: The sliced garlic is put on the cookie sheet
with the pork chops, what a flavor.
This recipe can be made for as many as you want. You
will need 2 pork chops per person you are serving.
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam; season each pork chop
with pepper and garlic salt (salt is optional). Put flour in
plastic bag; put pork chops in bag and flour both sides. Put
the pork chops on the cookie sheet, place in 325 degrees oven. Cook
1/2 hour and turn over and brown the other side in oven for 20
minutes. Take pork chops out of pan and take most of the
grease that is in the pan and throw it away. Add water to the
pan and get all the drippings from the meat cooked together.
Add flour to thicken. Put the cooked pork chops into roasting
pan, add the gravy made with the drippings. Return to oven and
bake for 30 minutes more. The pork chops can be served with
mashed potatoes. The gravy is delicious.
