HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATO CASSEROLE|
7 or 8 medium potatoes
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
Oven temperature is 350 degrees.
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Cut up leftover ham.
Alternately arrange layers of ham and potatoes in a casserole
dish. In a food processor, spin milk, onion and flour until
onion is finely grated. Pour mixture over casserole and bake
for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
