Mrs. Butterworth's maple syrup
margarine or butter
In buttered casserole dish, place halved sweet potatoes.
Sprinkle with sugar. Pour syrup over same (not enough syrup
that they are standing in syrup). Dot each potato half with
butter or margarine. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. After
30 minutes, turn potatoes and baste. If needed, add additional
syrup. Continue baking for 30 minutes.
