1 c. rice
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 to 1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. water
Bring rice, salt and first amount of water to a boil,
then turn heat to low. Continue cooking for 14 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the milk, sugar and 1/4 cup water.
Heat over burner until warm. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of each
