VEGETARIAN BURGER GOULASH|
1 qt. canned tomatoes, fresh
ones can be used
1 large onion, chopped
2 red or green sweet peppers,
1 (20 oz.) can vegetarian
salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
chopped parsley to taste
dash of oregano to taste
Simmer tomatoes, onions and peppers a few minutes. Add
vegetarian burger and seasonings. Spray casserole with no
stick spray (Pam). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in
400 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
