SWEET PORK

1 c. pork, cut into small
pieces
1/4 chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. nampla (fish sauce)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. flour

In frying pan brown the flour; add pork and onion and
stir well; cook until the pork is done. Season with sugar,
brown sugar and nampla. Stir-fry until the gravy is thick,
then spoon into serving dish. Serve with purple fried rice
namprik long rua. (Can be cooked ahead of time and kept in the
refrigerator.)
