1 bell pepper
1 lb. hamburg
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan
10 1/2 oz. frozen spinach
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Saute onion and pepper. Add hamburger; brown. Add
cooked rice and eggs. Mix well. Blend in Cheddar cheese (cut
into cubes). Add spices. Put into 13 x 9-inch pan; top with
Parmesan cheese and bake 45 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
