1 can salmon
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. salmon juice

Drain salmon; remove bones. Save 2 tablespoons salmon
juice. In bowl mix salmon, egg and onion until sticky. Stir
in flour, baking powder and salmon juice. Form into patties
and fry in Crisco. They puff up. One can makes about 6
