PRIME RIB

For 2 people: 2 to 3 pounds prime rib cooked at 450 degrees
for 45 minutes.
For 6 people: 6 or 7 pounds prime rib cooked at 400 degrees
the first 30 minutes. Turn dial to 350 degrees and cook 1 hour more
(do not open door).
Important: Allow roast to set for 15 minutes before
carving.
