BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST

1 egg
chicken breasts
bread crumbs
Crisco
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can milk

Beat egg. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in bread
crumbs. Brown in Crisco. Place in layers in casserole dish.
Dilute cream of chicken soup to 3/4 can milk. Shake until
smooth. Pour over chicken; cover. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
