1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine,
6 soda crackers, crumbled
dash of Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients very well, after picking all shell
from crabmeat. This will make 6 to 8 crab cakes.
