PORK TENDERLOIN

3 lb. pork tenderloin
(approximately)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c. celery
1 (3 oz.) can (or fresh)
sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. bouillon cube or soup
1 Tbsp. flour

Brown meat, cubed and trimmed, add onion, celery and
mushrooms. Simmer. Add seasoning. Mix flour with bouillon
until smooth. Place meat into baking dish. Pour flour mixture
over meat. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve over
mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, etc.
