4 salmon steaks
2 sticks butter
2 lemons
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper

Prepare charcoal grill as usual. When coals are white,
place salmon steaks on aluminum foil on grill (poke holes in
foil). Brush salmon with melted butter, lemon juice, salt and
pepper mixture. Cover grill; cook only until salmon is hot to
touch. Do not turn. Baste with lemon butter several times.
Serve with additional lemon butter.
