MEAT LOAF 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. tomato ketchup 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion 1 lb. ground chuck Sweet-Sour Sauce: 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. molasses 2 Tbsp. vinegar Combine bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard in a bowl. Add egg and beat well with a mixing spoon or fork. Add onions and ground chuck. Mix thoroughly and put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with Sweet-Sour Sauce. Sweet-Sour Sauce: Combine all ingredients. Mix well and pour over meat loaf. Cook in 350 degrees oven for about 1 hour. Serves 6.
