STUFFED PORK CHOPS|
2 double pork chops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. diced apple
3 Tbsp. milk
Cut a pocket, on the bone side of each chop. Combine
remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuff each chop with bread
crumbs mixture. Place in a shallow pan and bake in 350 degrees oven
about one hour or until tender.
