BAKED TACOS 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. taco sauce 1 c. tomato sauce 12 corn tortillas 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese Brown ground beef and onions in skillet; drain. Stir in salt, taco sauce and tomato sauce; mix well. Alternate layers of tortillas, cheese and ground beef mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
