GERMAN PORK SCHNITZEL|
3 lb. lean boneless pork loin,
cut into 1/4-inch thick
2 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c.
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and nutmeg together. Dip
each slice of pork into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil, turning often until done, 15 to 20 minutes.
