BEEF LIVER STEAK WITH BACON AND ONIONS 8 slices bacon 1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef liver 2 large onions, sliced seasoned flour Panfry bacon. Saute onions in bacon drippings. Remove and keep warm with bacon.
