BAR-B-QUE MEATLOAF

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 onion, diced
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 oz. tomato sauce

Topping:
1/2 can (small) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix the ingredients together well, and form into a loaf.
Then in small bowl combine topping ingredients. Pour this
topping over the meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes.
Baste every 20 minutes.
