1 whole chicken, cut up
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten and mixed with 1
Tbsp. milk and 1/2 tsp.

Coat chicken with flour. Dip in egg mixture, then
thoroughly coat with bread crumbs. Brown chicken in margarine
or butter. Place in lightly greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch-
es). Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour,
turning chicken once, 1/2 hour into baking time.
Rudy's Variation: Coat chicken parts with Dijon-style
mustard before adding bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for
45 minutes.
