LIVER AND ONIONS|
Fry about three pieces of bacon. Remove bacon; fry
onion until tender; add chips of bacon when frying onions.
Remove bacon and onions. Rinse liver in hot water. Coat with
flour, salt and pepper. Fry on one side until brown; turn.
Fry on other side few minutes. Add onions and little water;
simmer for 20 minutes.
