PERFECT PRIME RIB

For prime rib, family size, let meat stand at room
temperature for about 1 hour in the morning. Meanwhile,
preheat oven at 375 degrees. Place meat in a roasting pan, ribs down;
bake for 1 hour. Turn oven off, leaving meat in all day until
you are ready to serve dinner.
Note: Do not open oven at any time during the day.
