MARINATED PORK ROAST

pork roast
garlic powder
coarse ground black pepper
paprika
Worcestershire sauce

Score roast; sprinkle generously with garlic powder,
black pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Rub seasonings
into roast with fingers. Marinate, covered, overnight in the
refrigerator. Cook in smoker for 35 to 45 minutes per pound.
Note: This can also be baked in the oven. Start at
450 degrees until hot and beginning to cook. Then turn temperature to
350 degrees. Bake covered in foil.
Beef roast is also delicious cooked by this method.
Cooking time will vary with the desired degree of doneness.
