MEATLOAF

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. A. 1. steak sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 small onion, minced
1/4 c. shredded carrot

Sauce:
2 Tbsp. A. 1. steak sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Sauce: Mix the steak sauce with the tomato sauce.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients together with one-half
sauce mixture. Blend well. Pat meatloaf into 9 x 5 x 3-inch
loaf pan or shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Spread
remaining sauce mixture over top of meatloaf. Bake in 400 degrees
oven for 1 hour. Frost with mashed potatoes. Put in broiler
until lightly browned.
