1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sweet and Sour:
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple
chunks and juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Meatballs: Mix and shape. Cook in skillet or oven.
Sweet and Sour: Mix cornstarch and sugar in skillet.
Stir in pineapple, juice, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook until
boiling and thick. Add meatballs and simmer 10 minutes. Add
green pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
