CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA
(Crock-pot Recipe)
6 (1/2) boneless chicken
breasts
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. wine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage

Take chicken breast and roll with slice each of ham and
cheese. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and sage; roll chicken
breasts in that and chill for 1 hour in refrigerator. Take the
soup and wine; pour over chicken in crock-pot. Put in crock- 
pot on low for 5 to 6 hours. Use leftover dry ingredients to
make the gravy.
