VENISON CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. ground venison
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. noodles or macaroni
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can cream-style corn
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Combine venison, green pepper and onion; cook until
brown. Prepare noodles or macaroni according to directions on
package and drain. Add this to venison mixture. Add salt,
pepper, corn, chili powder, tomato soup, mushroom soup and 1
cup of the grated cheese to the venison mixture. Mix well and
pour into a well greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2
cup cheese on top and bake at 275 degrees until heated thoroughly.
(Ground beef can be substituted.)
