6 to 8 green peppers
2 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. rice
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 to 2 large cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Core green peppers. Mix pork, rice, eggs, salt, pepper
and onion together and stuff in hollowed out peppers. Place
stuffed peppers in a large saucepan; cover with tomato sauce
and simmer until done, 1 to 2 hours.
