1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab
meat, thawed, drained and
flaked or 1 (6 oz.) can
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fillet
of flounder or sole, thawed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 envelope French's cheese
sauce mix
1 c. milk

Spread crab meat in shallow baking dish. Arrange fish
over crab meat and sprinkle with lemon juice. Prepare sauce
mix with milk; pour over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at
400 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when pierced
with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
