3 to 4 lb. beef chuck arm pot
roast or beef chuck blade
roast, trimmed
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 (12 oz.) can cola drink

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast in roasting pan or
Dutch oven; pour catsup over it, then the cola. Cover pan;
cook in oven for 3 to 4 hours, depending on size of roast.
P. S. Be sure you do not use any spices as this will
ruin the flavor. Serves 6 to 8.
