COD FILLET AU GRATIN|
1 lb. cod fillet
4 oz. seafood sauce
2 oz. vinegar
2 oz. water
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella
2 oz. shredded Longhorn cheese
twist of lemon
Sprinkle fillet with oregano and lemon juice; let sit
for 10 minutes. Combine seafood sauce, vinegar and water; pour
mixture over fillet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix Mozzarella and Longhorn cheese; sprinkle cheese
mixture over fillet. Bake for 5 minutes.
