FLANK STEAK TERIYAKI|
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 to 3 lb. flank steak
In small bowl with lid combine all ingredients, except
flank steak. Score flank steak on both sides. Place steak in
glass baking dish. Pour liquid mixture over steak and marinate
for 3 to 24 hours. Turn once or twice. Broil about 6 inches
from heat. Baste occasionally with marinade. To serve, slice
thinly along grain.
