BAKED GROUPER
(Serves 2)
1 lb. grouper
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill weed
(less if dried)
1/2 lemon
salt and pepper
paprika
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to "broil" (350 degrees). Place grouper on
buttered small broiling pan. Place butter in small bits on top
of fish. Add juice of squeezed lemon half, salt, pepper and
paprika. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove
from oven. Drain juice from fish broiler into pan. Add cream
of mushroom soup, wine and dill weed to pan. Pour over grouper
and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (until fish flakes when
pierced with fork).
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Broil once again a few
minutes, until slightly browned and bubbling.
