HEARTY PORK CHOPS|
boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 can French onion rings
Brown pork chops in frying pan. Place well browned
chops in casserole dish. In same frying pan, add cream of
mushroom soup, sour cream, water, parsley, and 1/2 can onion
rings. Stir and heat well. DO NOT BOIL. Pour over pork
chops. Bake, covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven
just prior to last five minutes, add remaining onion rings.
Return to oven for five minutes. Serve with rice.
