desired amount of pork back
ribs
paprika
garlic
onion salt
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 bottle Hickory Smoke
barbecue sauce

Season the ribs with paprika, garlic and onion salt. Be
generous with the paprika. Lay the ribs in a deep cooking pan.
Fill the pan with water until the ribs are covered; add the
liquid smoke. Cover the pan with foil and bake in 425 degrees oven
for 2 hours. Cook ribs until very tender; check with a fork.
(Check every 1/2 hour after 2 hours.) Remove ribs from pan and
baste with barbecue sauce. Cook on a grill or in the broiler.
Occasionally flip the ribs and baste until sauce browns.
