CHICKEN BREAST LYNN|
4 to 6 chicken breasts, boned
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese,
15 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 c. milk
Italian bread crumbs to coat
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
Coat chicken in egg and then crumbs. Put in skillet
with heated oil and butter. Brown both sides and drain on
paper towels. Combine milk and tomato sauce in large baking
dish. Put 1/3 mixture and top with chicken pieces. Top with
Mozzarella and Swiss cheese; keep adding sauce, chicken and
cheese until dish is filled. Pour remaining sauce over top and
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 45 minutes in a
350 degrees oven. Serve over pasta or thin noodles.
