PEPPER STEAK (WITH ONIONS)|
salt and pepper
soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
2 large bell peppers
2 large onions
Slice steak into strips; salt and pepper and flour and
brown in hot oil. Remove and set aside. Make a thick gravy
and add strips of steak. Cut peppers into strips and onions
into quarters and separate; add peppers and onions to steak and
gravy. Simmer until steak is tender and onions and peppers are
done. Serve over hot cooked rice with soy sauce or teriyaki
sauce to suit your taste.
