2 chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen or fresh
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Simmer chicken until tender. Remove bones (save stock).
Shred chicken and cook broccoli until tender, then cut up.
Put cut chicken and broccoli in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture
over chicken and broccoli. Cover with melted butter in oven at
350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
