SHRIMP AND RICE|
12 to 18 shrimp, cut in half
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 doz. mushrooms, chopped
5 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. Success rice
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
Cook rice according to directions. While rice is
cooking, saute onion, garlic, mushrooms, shrimp and parsley in
butter and oil. While rice is cooking, drop chicken bouillon
in water. When rice is done, mix with shrimp mixture. Simple,
fast and easy, but very good.
