chicken pieces
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Wash the chicken and pat dry. Melt
