3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
1 envelope Lipton dry onion
soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Use double thickness of foil or heavy duty foil. Put on
cookie sheet or baking dish. Place roast on foil and sprinkle
both sides of meat with dry onion soup mix. Pour 1 can cream
of mushroom soup on top of roast. Seal meat in foil. Bake at
350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Makes its own gravy.
