1 pkg. manicotti pasta
1 to 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 small carton cottage cheese,
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 large jar Prego spaghetti
15 oz. can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder

Boil 3 quarts water. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Carefully
add manicotti and cook 10 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold
water and set aside.
Mix cheeses, eggs, white sugar, salt and pepper.
Carefully stuff manicotti. Prepare sauce of Prego, tomato
sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder. Pour half
of sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan. Carefully lay filled manicotti on
sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese, if desired. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
