BAKED ORANGE ROUGHY FILLETS

2 fillets of orange roughy
fish
1 beaten egg or 1/2 c. milk
1 c. fine breadcrumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
paprika
chopped chives
lemon juice

For 2 fillets, dip in egg or milk and roll in
breadcrumbs. Put on a cookie sheet; pour 1/2 stick of melted
butter over the fillets. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped
chives. Squirt on a little lemon juice. Bake in hot 450 degrees oven
for about 6 minutes.
