PORK CHOPS BARBEQUE|
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lemon slice
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 to 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
6 (1/2-inch thick) loin pork
Combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper,
lemon and onion in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Simmer 20
minutes. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Liquid
Smoke. Place pork chops in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking
dish. Pour sauce over top; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until
tender, turning once. Yields 6 servings.
