BROILED HADDOCK WITH LEMON SAUCE

2 lb. fresh haddock
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. water

Preheat broiler. Cut fish in serving pieces and place
on an oiled pan. Brush with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and
season with pepper. Dot with margarine; broil 7 to 10 minutes.
While fish is cooking, combine oil, mustard, water and 2
tablespoons lemon juice. Blend well. Heat and pour over fish.
Makes 6 servings. Contains 93 milligrams sodium and 319
calories per serving.
