6 eggs
2 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. butter flavor Crisco,
divided in half

Beat egg, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl or 2 cup
measure. Melt 1 teaspoon butter flavor Crisco in 10-inch
skillet. Add half of egg mixture. Cook over moderate heat
without stirring until eggs are set. Fold omelet in half.
Slide onto heated platter. Keep warm in 175 degrees oven while
preparing other omelet. Repeat step 2 with remaining egg
mixture and remaining Crisco. Serve immediately. Approximate
preparation time: 15 to 20 minutes.
