STANDING RIB ROAST

1 standing rib roast (allow 1
lb. per serving)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine seasonings and hand-rub mixture on roast.
Insert meat thermometer into thickest portion of meat. Cook in
roasting pan with ribs serving as a rack. Do not add water.
Cook at 325 degrees, allowing 25 to 30 minutes of cooking time per
pound. Check meat thermometer for desired doneness.
