CRAB CAKES OR SALMON CAKES|
12 saltine crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Beat together the ingredients. Add 1 pound crab meat or
1 can salmon, well drained. Make small cakes. Roll in bread
crumbs or cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil. Drain on brown
