4 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp. curry powder
3 c. cooked bread noodles (1/2
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Saute onion in butter until golden. Add soups, broth
and curry powder; cook over low heat, stirring. Arrange layer
of noodles, chicken and soup mixture in a greased baking dish
(2 1/2 quarts). Cover; bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 30
minutes. Uncover; sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake 10
minutes longer or until cheese is melted and golden. Garnish
with parsley. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
