5 lb. (thawed) cod fillets
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic, smashed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 c. parsley flakes or

Place cod in greased baking dish and season with seafood
seasoning or garlic salt. Mix ingredients for sauce and spoon
over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until fish flakes
easily, but moist. (For a lower fat version, substitute
cottage cheese in place of sour cream or mayonnaise, or combine
unflavored yogurt with either the sour cream or mayo.) Serves
